Apartment Review for Seasons At Winter Park - Sacramento, CA

There are alot of newer apartments in Natomas, but The Seasons is a nice place to live. They aren't as new, but still are upkept well and the pools have always been clean, as well as the laundry and exercise facilities.

The front office is overly nice, but I would rather that than office people who obviously too busy to care.

They are now offering patrolled security that look like actual police officers, so that's nice. It seems they are cleaning it up. We're moving, and have been here a year, but I definately would recommend them.

Quiet - yes and very well insulated

The only con is that the apartments and therefore the fixtures are not newer, but they are still very nice and VERY spacious. I have a 2x2 with huge rooms, okay size living room, full dining room and a nice size kitchen. I think it's over 1000 sqf plus a patio which is nice and big.
