Apartment Review for Shorepark - Sacramento, CA

Me & my husband lived @ Shorepark for 3 years. The staff is so wonderful - Wendy, the longtime manager is a gem, along with Irene - the assistant. They were always attentive to issues we had - and the maintenance staff was always there within 24 hours. The overall grounds are beautiful (right on river) and clean up until we moved out. A few months prior, it started declining with the questionable tenants, junker cars and all of a sudden a ton of kids. I.E. low rent or bad screening. Take a good look around before you rent if you want a quiet, neat complex. It was a year and a half ago since we moved so I'm not sure where it's at now but if they changed things, I would highly recommend it if you have to live in an apartment if it looks as though things have changed.
