Apartment Review for Shorepark - Sacramento, CA

The complex overall is ok. There are many things that are very old and management is reluctant to replace. When management is called for a problem with the apartment, they seem to take an awful long time to remedy the situation, if they remember you requested to have some one come by. They also don't seem to keep there word about how they run things. We were told one thing when we were just looking at the apartment (required for us to move in) and once we signed our lease we found out it was not true and now we are stuck.
