Apartment Review for Shorepark - Sacramento, CA

I have had numerous issues with the management staff. No one comes to help when there is a maintenence issue. You're lucky if you even get a call back. Mixed information received from them as they do not communicate very well with eachother. Leaky roofs, cracked paint on walls, problem with bugs, blotchy paint jobs, from what I hear there is a severe mold issue and people are leaving left and right. The only good thing about this place is that I'm leaving it soon!
