GREAT community, gated and gorgeous courtyard. On site laundry & some off street parking. Reasonable rents on site manager timely with maintenance & good communications! Rents around $600-675, $400 deposit and PET FRIENDLY for additional deposit. NOT alot of amenities but has an old style grace & 60s feel-- perfect for singles or couples! They have studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. Qualify with income 3times the rent, good rental history and ok credit. NO EVICTIONS or OPEN bankruptcy accepted. OPENINGS DO NOT LAST LONG--usually PRE-RENTED!!! 448-5845 on-site mgr office!  Need to rent an apartment?
