Apartment Review for Somerset Apartments - Sacramento, CA

First off, Sommerset is owned by SENTRY-TECH ENTERPRISES who manage storage space and not living space so their people skills are horrible. To start things off, I had a bathtub that leaked into the bedroom and had to wait 10 DAYS until I could use my own bathroom. I was given a pair of keys to a vacant apartment to shower and use the facilities. Recently they hired a PAROLEE to be the onsite manager and it just so happened that the first month he collected rent, checks and money orders were stolen/shredded. Sentry-Tech is now threatening collection activity for unpaid accounts, when we paid their employee and he stole it. No background check was done and now the tenants are responsible for chasing our own money down to avoid credit problems. DO NOT MOVE INTO SOMMERSET APARTMENTS.....plus the on-site manager is rude...her name is Robin Davis...avoid her like the plague...she puts on a smiling face and a nice voice, but don't let her fool you.
