Apartment Review for Somerset Apartments - Sacramento, CA

The owners have appointed new management as of August 2007. The new on-site management team is excited to come to work at this property. We were surprised to read the last reviews because when we toured the property and inspected it the tenants seemed very happy with their living situation, the maintenance personel are on the ball about repairs and the units available are fresh and lovely. This property is located in a very good area and is very close to several fun places and nice stores. Their has been a turnaround with the past management but as the new management team we are confident you will not be dissapointed if you make this apartment building your new home.
