Apartment Review for South Park Place - Sacramento, CA

I have only lived here for 2 month. Due to weather...my kids have only been allowed to play outside about 5 times. EVERYTIME...the manager, who took over the same time we moved in, has made them go home everytime...she has threatened myself and now my kids with being evicted. my bf and I have good jobs, kids are normal kids. I don't allow them to be outside at awful timesa...Neighbors even allow kids to hide in there homes because of this manager. she has evicted other tenants for miscellaneous things. she is crazy. I have asked her for the number of the owner and she refuses to give it to me. i am now calling the better business bureau, tenant landlord association and qite possibly a lawyer. I AM DONE...and we have a year lease. This is ridiculous
