Apartment Review for Summertrace Apartment Homes - Sacramento, CA

These Apts are terrible!!! First, they are infested with cockroaches. The mngmnt has you sign a release stating that you are a ware of the problem & thaT Tthey are taking steps to remedy but the spray 1 four plex once a month this does not work. trash is always liiering the ground & during the summer the nasty overflowing dumpster is right next to the pool. The maintence man is nice but the wok is patch job. can easily find a better place for the $$...
