I have been living there for 2,5 years. In June-July I have been waiting for them to repere conditioner for 5 weeks. In January-February the same 5 weeks to repair heater. When I found a rat in my kitchen - I was shoked... Cockroaches were everywhere, I couldn't get rid of them, but managment did not care...  Need to rent an apartment?
