Apartment Review for The Crossing At Wyndham - Sacramento, CA

I was interested in renting a studio for my father, but because his application was declined, he needed to get an approval from the Owner/Manager of the property. An email was sent twice to the Owner/Manager with no response after 2-3 weeks of waiting. I called the leasing agent numerous times, leaving several messages, and after a month or so of trying to receive an approval, I was told by the leasing agent that they were doing me a favor by allowing my father to rent with a co-signer after he had already been denied. This is a terrible way to do business!!!
