Apartment Review for The Falls At Arden - Sacramento, CA

I've lived here since January and since then it has been under new management in the office. They are always professional and very nice whenever I go in there or need anything. they have definitely done a good job in the office. there has been a lot of changes for the better since they took over. It's somewhat annoying that there have been projects with asphalt and roofing lately, but they do a good job at notifying us and doing it quickly. Plus, I guess it is all in an effort to make it better for us. The landscaping and parking is nice -fair to everyone, they redid it recently cuz it was really spread out before... the rent is good for the area and we only pay smud too. maintenance is always around and the office stays open 7 days a week. As far as the other review... this is SACRAMENTO ppl!! There are helicopters everywhere but no one has ever ran thru our property. As far as noise, this place is very quiet. yeah there is an occassional party on weekends but c'mon it's an apt. ppl. you're not buying a house. I dont plan on moving for awhile and I would definitely recommend this place.
