Apartment Review for The Falls At Arden - Sacramento, CA

This place sucks. Don't be fooled by the nice appearance. The walls are paper thin and the tenants don't care about their neighbors. I tried to do the right thing by talking politely to my neighbor about his TV blaring at night, and he lied to my face - He said he would turn it down, but he didn't. So then I went to office staff. They pretended to care and said they would say something. Nothing happened. I asked them again to do something. Again, they did nothing. Supposedly, they have a rule that it's supposed to be quiet after 10pm, but they don't really enforce it. I usually go to bed around 11pm and have often been up until 2am, because the neighbor is a jerk. This sucks because, I'm usually up early. Don't be fooled if they tell you it's full of professionals, I would say it's more like 20-somethings, or college kids, concerned more with partying than a professional lifestyle. I will probably break my contract - it's that bad.
