Apartment Review for The Falls At Arden - Sacramento, CA

Did I forget to mention, "DO NOT LIVE HERE"? BAD, BAD management. They are RUDE, maintenance SUCKS, invasion of privacy, NOISY, & they charge you all your savings when you move out. My apartment flooded more than two times and maintenance didn't come until two days later for each incident. They charged me seven hundred dollars on my move out date w/o any considerations. Money hungry apartment. If I could, I would give this apartment a rating of a NEGATIVE 100. They are over priced. Their models LOOK great, but everything about it is just an image put in your mind. Think twice about renting. DO NOT RENT! Did I forget to say "DO NOT RENT"?
