Apartment Review for The Village Green - Sacramento, CA

These apartments are an ok place to live. Rent is relatively cheap and I’ve never really had any problems with staff or neighbors. If I had any complaints they would be that the tennis courts are run down and only one has a net. Also the units have only single pain glass windows that are very old and drafty. They don’t provide very good insulation and require that the heater and air conditioner be run more frequently. If the wind blows you can hear the windows rattle and leak and can also feel the cold air coming in. If the Apartment management fixed those two things (Poorly insulated windows and run down tennis courts) I really wouldn’t have any negative comments about the complex.
