if you forget to put up your parking tag your car will be tow they hire a tow truck to come at night its gonna cost you$330 & up. you have to get rental insurance for $25 a month i worder why. washer & dyer rips clothes. issues spiders(black widow etc) centipede no guest parking, long walk from park car50-150 yards, thin walls  Need to rent an apartment?
