Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

This place is horrible. When I came here as a Freshman I was excited! However, the office staff is HORRIBLE and unprofessional. Maintenance requests, or anything else for that matter is 'forgotten'. Everything is a 'Oh, Sorry I forgot!'. When the staff students are watching DVDs or hanging out with friends in the leasing office, they get PISSED if you ask for something and interrupt. They fired our security guard MONTHS before I heard a 'rumor' and asked. THEN they lowered my 75.00 parking fee..shouldnt they have told us when it happened? Of course not. This place is bad, bad bad. We did not even have a manager for months- with NO notice from the Staff. Overall, you have a horrible leasing office..beware!
