Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

I lived in the lofts for a year and would not recommend them to anyone. I lived in a 2 person 1 bath room and there was no privacy what-so-ever. Luckily I was paired up with a decent roommate. There are no individual bedrooms, so be careful what you know you are getting in to. The lease is very strict and you are basically stuck in it. With parking, you are NOT given a spot,they apparently only have a limited amount of spots yet there is always a spot available, ridiculous! The security is LAME! You think with all students living here they would have more security cameras but they don't. I had my bike stolen from here and tried to view the security tapes but at night you can't even see the two gates! How is that safe?! The office staff is not very helpful, the staff is made up of just residents. As for the price, it may seem nice when you look at it but is not worth it at all. Overall I would not tell anyone to live here and suggest you try and live somewhere else. Good Luck!
