Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

Wow, I can't believe how much negativity I've seen on here. Well that's basically what you get when you go to review sights like this, getting people with strong opinions. Anyway, I had a pretty good time living here. I love how conveniently close they are to Sac State. I walk or bike everyday. Theres Jamba Juice and Starbucks right across the parking lot which is pretty cool too! The staff is overall very friendly! Usually I go into the office and they're helpful with what I need, but there was only 1-2 student workers there who were less nice. I like how the student workers put on events for us to socialize, have fun, and especially FREE!! You know how us broke college students are lol. As for parking, I wish they would fix that situation. Before I would hear tow trucks every other night picking away cars that didnt have permits. I can't remember the last time I saw one, it was probably a few months ago. I heard they were revamping the parking situation. The lease is just like any other lease. Its very specific, which can be tedious sometimes. The managers helped clarify any questions I had with it. As for security, I've seen the campus police do drive bys and checks at night time alot because I usually come home from work in the evenings. I didn't really feel safe with that one security guy we had last year, but I know the student workers do walks through the property every hour and stuff. Overall, I think its a great first place to live for ppl new to sac, and if they arent too pleased with it , they'll at least get some knowledge of the surronding apartment communities. Overall
