Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

Please stay away from this "LOFT". First, those "manager/supervisor" who sit in the individual office are extremely unfriendly. I went to the office and gave them one month notice before i move out, the lady was rude to me because i didn't sign the new lease. In addition, i went to the office second time and asked the same lady about my lease, she was unwilling to speak with me + unfriendly! Only 1 or 2 student workers there who are friendly to us. Most of the student worker never say "hi" when they walk by. Every month they organize an events for us to socialize, i do not enjoy it because every time i went to the event, always the same people show up(most event only 6 or 7 people show up)!!! Finally, i never go to any event from the loft! About the car parking permit, DO NOT buy the parking permit!! You can park at the very left side (near the left side garbage) for free!!!! Can you imagine that we have to buy 2 parking permit for going to school(one for campus, one for loft)!! This is not worth!! Every time i cooked or my roommate cooked, we have to open all the windows and door + fan+air comdition!!! Can you imagine that every time after you/your roommate cook, you have to get an shower because if you just walk to the class, your shirt smell bad(cooking smoke)!!!! Because there is no private bed room! In addition, at the mid-night or early morning, always have some MFK ring at our door. When i woke up to check it out, no one outside the door. I hope these MFK ring on RA's door, not our door!!! We talk to our RA and she didn't do any action for that! Overall, i will not recommend it to any one. I will ask them to stay away from this apartment.
