Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

The Upper Eastside Lofts, I think is the best place to live if you are a student in the Sacramento area. I use to commute my first two year at CSUS, but when I decided to move I knew I wanted to move to the Upper Eastside Lofts. My friend lived here before me and she loved it. I really liked coming and visiting because it was a great property and the apartments are very modern and stylish. Not only that, but the apartments have a washer and dryer inside each loft, a flat screen T.V. and it comes furnished! I just couldn’t believe that they would get all that as a student. Now as a resident for a year I have decided to renew because I love it here. The staff is great, (yeah there was some problem in the beginning of last year with the old management and staff but) this year the management is SUPER friendly, and nice. They are always checking up on us and seeing if we are doing okay and are always asking us for our opinion on improving the property. They always greet you as you walk by the office, even if you don’t come in. The RLC and the CAs are great too. They are friendly, always there for us, and throw the coolest and strangest programs for the residents. Some of my favorite ones were the Midnight Breakfast, Ice Cream Social night, Blue Tape Art, BBQ night, Guitar Hero Challenge, and Sex Education Night. Even though a lot of the residents didn’t come to the programs (which I don’t know why, there were posters everywhere for them and they even knock on your door to invite you to come), it was still a lot of fun. I am very excited for next year because I believe the property will have more residents, which means more people at the programs, which means… more fun! I would recommend the lofts to anyone that is a student because you get the full college experience with style and you meet so many great people here. My parents are very happy that I live here because they also agree that the place is very nice and clean, but the think that they like about it the most is the fact that it is very safe and that the area is convenient for me because there are restaurant around the area that I can just walk to if I don’t want to cook.
