Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

My freshmen year at Sac State I commuted because I refused to live in the resident halls on campus. Half way through my freshmen year I heard about the Upper Eastside lofts, once I toured the property I knew I didn’t want to live anywhere else. First off, the property is really safe and secure here, it’s gated, there is always a CA on property if I need anything, and campus police are always patrolling the property. Second, I don’t know of any other college property that gives you a washer/dryer inside your loft, unlimited heating and air, a 42” flat screen TV, a balcony, and not to mention it fully furnished. The amenities there are wonderful and sure do make my life more enjoyable. Third, the office staff and CA‘s are very helpful and friendly. A CA is always in the office every day until 12 AM to answer or help me with any problems which is really helpful for me because I have a crazy schedule and never know when ill get some free time. My parents were really worried that by living off campus I wasn’t going to get the “true college experience,” but ever since I moved to the Upper Eastside Lofts I have made many friends and have been more active and involved than I ever have been in my whole life. People are always by the pool hanging out or there is always a program going on. On my free time i can always find someone to hangout with. This is a great place to live and I hope I will be spending the rest of my residency throughout college at the Upper Eastside Lofts.
