Apartment Review for Upper East Side Lofts - Sacramento, CA

I moved in as a transfer student thinking things would be so much better living away from home. There office staff is unprofessional, never bother to smile at you or make you feel welcome in their office. Their roommate matching sucks. Im a more clean, quiet and serious student and I got stuck with a loud messy pig who'd bring her boyfriend and friends all the time. THERE IS NO PRIVACY at all. Walls are PAPER THIN and it seems like something is always breaking down. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything so dont expect good service. The price is ridiculous. I make sure to tell everyone how horrible my experience was at this place so theyre aware.
