Apartment Review for Valley Green - Sacramento, CA

They tell you that your rent is somuch a month and fail to inform you that you have to pay water sewer and garbage. Not just for your apartment but you split it with the whole building made up of eight units. And don't complain too much aboutthings that need to be fixed. The maintenance people will take their time getting to you. I had a toilet that leaked for six months. I mean raw sewage. And I have three small children. Anyway it didn't get fixed until I threatened to withhold my rent and not renew my lease. If you were approved, get your money back and RUN!!
