Apartment Review for Valley Green - Sacramento, CA

I've lived here for six years, I've had it. First year, my car was broken into and my stereo stolen. Second year, one of the pipes busted and flooded the apartment, and they tried to make me pay for the repairs! I refused and threatened to sue, then they repaired the pipes for free. Lousy service from the management and maintenance staff, and my apartment was broken into twice within a three month period (may and sept of 2006). They don't care, and the gangs love it there!!!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
