As a former employee and tenant let me tell ya there is no way to sum up the scum that runs this place, I was told on several ocasions by my boss if i noted mold in my reports "its not mold it a minor discoleraration." On several occasions if people complained the manager would tell them youll just go away, dont mess with the emperor. When I began to take it on myself to try to make it better for some folks and start doing work orders the head maintenance person told me dont bother they can wait what are they going to do move out. And now as a result of my complaint and my threat to withhold rent myself and my family are being evicted just days after our baby was born. When I tried to work it out with the manager I was told I shouldnt have fucked with the emperor. Do yourself a favor and stay away from valley green, no matter how much they call it Logan park its still the same old shit hole its always been.
