Apartment Review for Valley Green - Sacramento, CA

We only lived there for 6 months, we had to break the lease because during our six months there we witnessed a mugging, witnessed 3 fights in our parking lot and out apartment was searched during a raid. We had never experienced anything like this, and since we moved we have heard of at least 2 more times that the apartment complex was surrounded by police! The management did not attend us very well, the maintenance, let's just say they wedged a screw between the screen and the window frame to hold it in place, you decide. It looks nice, but once you live there you will wish it was a month to month contract. I would never reccomend anyone to move in there. Also you might want to check the sex offender registry, I believe there are now about 4 sex offenders living there.
