well there are a lot of pros and cons here first being there are no balcony's second no washer and dryer in the units and FINALLY is the maintenance or complete lack there of! I love Eve shes awsome and really nice and understanding about late rent but its really not the best place to live i've had things that have needed to be fixed for over the last year! and thats crazy  Need to rent an apartment?
