Apartment Review for Waters Edge Apartments - Sacramento, CA

they take big dogs [but not big loud ones] which is nice because most places wont... there are 2 great danes that i have seen, and 1 boxer/great dane mix. all are quiet and well behaved, and the cats that walk around are not only well behaved, but dont look like they get into fights or bring disease around... havent heard a party or anything like that, but the teens stay in the pool until about 9:30 at night since schools been out, but they really arent that bad unless you are actually directly facing the pool. laundry is open 24 hours, which is also nice, and not connected to someones apt. there is decent parking, 1 assaigned spot, and other than holiday weekends, you can park a second car and have a guest for dinner, there is also like rv and boat parking, but i dont use it and dont know if it costs more... they are good with repairs, but maybe overly so? in the bedroom, the closet doors are floor to ceiling, and one of the doors came off the track and i couldnt get it back on, so they ordered brand new doors with easy gliders [which i love] and also, i dont think anyone moves in with appliances over 1 or 2 years old... also its a 6 month lease that becomes month to month after, which was nice
