Apartment Review for Wedgewood Commons - Sacramento, CA

The majority of the people that have moved in here lately are either on Welfare or Parole! I've lived here for a year and have been looking to move for months now! The good thing about these apartments is that they have full sized washer and dryers in the 2 bedrooms. The bad thing about there apartments are: the drug dealers, crack hoes on the hustle, ghetto moms yelling at their numerous kids running through the parking lot and TONS of people double parking in the fire lane, so much so that I can't park in my assigned space! Currently most of the units also have rats or mice, mold and or roaches. The last Property Manager stole tenents rent money, never fixed a thing and left in a hurry. I still haven't gotten screens on any of my windows!
