Apartment Review for Westlake Apartments - Sacramento, CA

This place has nice large units, and the grounds are usually kept nice (unless you live in the back, whcih is covered in smelly duck poop), but many of the tenants are very loud, and the management is borderlining on incompetence. When we moved in the place had not been cleaned at all (although I'm sure they kept the last deposit). We found beer bottles, maxi pads, etc in the drawers, the carpet was filthy, and there was a layer of dust on everything. Most importantly though- THERE IS NO PARKING HERE! You only get one space that someone else ALWAYS parks in, and the cars on the street get broken into. this place is good for students, not much else.
