Apartment Review for Windward Village Apartments - Sacramento, CA

My overall experience has been good here. Aside from the occasional little kids playing outside their apt, there is little noise (perfect for studying) and people are nice. There is open and covered parking (plenty if you have guests). Internet doesnt works sometimes which can be a hassle for students. The apts do look older in appearance but floorplans available are pretty nice. If youre looking for quiet neighbors who mind their own business than this is the place for you.
