Apartment Review for Woodlake Village - Sacramento, CA

It was the most awful experience I have ever had. Maintenance was a joke. It took them 5 times to get the air conditioner fixed inthe hottest part of summer. It was miseriable. And then in Oct. 2004, I discovered TERMITES in the bathroom baseboard. They started building a trail up the wall. I called the office when I first found them. i called them every other day. I moved out on Jan. 2, 2005 and they had still NOT come to take care of the TERMITES!!!!!!! They are letting anyone move in so you do not feel safe after dark outside. And then 2 days before I moved, my car got STOLEN!!!! Right out of my parking space. The so called security there was another joke!!! Luckily I found it in another parking spot on the other side of the apt. complex!! Of course, when I called the office and told them that the police said it was probably someone in the apts., the office said on well. So to end this I all have to say is Do Not Rent Here!!!!!
