One BIG RIPOFF!!! They charged me $75.00 for cleaning carpets that were not dirty and then charged me over $80.00 for a water bill that I had already paid. This is the first apartment that I have ever lived in that charged separately for sewer, garbage and water-and then they charge you for the bill that they send you. I should have realized when I first moved into that crappy place that I wouldn't be seeing any of my security deposit back-no matter how well I maintained my apartment.  Need to rent an apartment?
