Apartment Review for Woodlake Village - Sacramento, CA

The only good thing about this place is the cheap rent! I've lived here two years now and there have been 3 different managerial staff so far. Within the first year of living here my car got broken into 3 times and on the third time, my car was actually stolen off the property and i had to have it towed back because of how bad the damage was. These apartments are extremely old i believed they were built in the 70s. Because of how old the wiring is you may experience trouble with your phone and outlets. They do NOT upgrade there water heaters or there heating/air conditioning systems which leads to an extremely high electricity bill, about $100 to $150 a month. Last but not least there us pooor labeling ( there are two apartments in the complex with the same number) which leads to packages being sent to wrong apartment or having the Sacramento swat team banging at your door at 3 am (not kidding this happen 3 weeks ago) looking for someone who does not live there! Overall cheap rent not worth all the troubles.
