Apartment Review for Woodlake Village - Sacramento, CA

You will never see your deposit. Car window broken and flat tire -- twice. Apartment security is a joke. Paid rent on time for over 2 1/2 years but served eviction notice for wrong unit. BEWARE: Move out inspection scam by maintenance supervisor ( never showed up on promised move out date), and was charged for over $400 for cleaning, carpet, and stove drip pans, even though unit was cleaned. Certifiable deuce bag charlatan management team, who milks tenants for every penny of deposit through over excessive and false cleaning charges. STAY AWAY from Woodlake Village or any UDR corporate complex__ RIPOFF HELL
