Apartment Review for Woodlake Village - Sacramento, CA

Over the life of my residency here there have been 2 people held up at gunpoint (that I am aware of), 2 indicent exposure/harrassments, and multiple other problems. The outside of your apartment is always filthy and filled with spider webs that are never cleaned, the windows are thin and drafty, and security is a joke! There are people playing extreemly loud music late at night all the time. There is an obvious drug dealer right inside the gate. Speaking of the gate, it is constantly broken. The office staff, well manager, is just plain incompetant. Do not live here!
